How Selborne is developing as an eco friendly school

Earth Day, Thursday 22nd April

Pupils had a lesson dedicated to art, recycling and sustainability. Pupils created a tree decoration, made of recycled material, to hang on a tree or plant at school.

Pupils dressed in green or an earth themed outfit. The 'best dressed' winners were

Adam in Reception Oak, Lara in 2Ash and Mia-Lily in 4Oak.

We are so delighted to have just been awarded the Eco-School silver award. We have all worked really hard to think about our impact on our wonderful planet and consider what simple measures we can take to make a positive difference.
